A well-thought out tutorial, with loads of helpful tips. Although I started quite late in life (I passsed my GFT on November 5th 2002 aged 58), I'm loving every minute of it. Having achieved my IMC and Night Ratings since then, I find the section on IFR especially of interest. The NDB item will be great for those struggling with the quirks of the RBI. I've recommended the site to a couple of students already, as well as the excellent FTO that took me through the learning process. My flying is done out of Manston (EGMH),and we're located for easy trips into France, Holland, Belgium and the Channel Islands.

Thank you, Tom and everyone that has posted comments here. It is nice to know my efforts have helped all of you. I've been pretty busy lately, so I haven't been working on this site much. The only thing I have been doing with it is answering e-mail and deleting spam from this forum. I hope to have time in the near future to add some lessons. Thanks for your input, Joseph Murphy

Jon, The text is a little small in the Tutor. It should be better on your desktop. You may also want to try displaying the website in full screen mode. In Windows IE, click View, then Fullscreen (or press F11). Joe

The site is like being in school. It is exceptionally educational and the graphics are a very good teaching aid. I love it but could you increase the text size. They hurt the eyes if you read for too long. I pray you have the enablement to keep the site free. I am dying to be a ATP rated pilot ut Ib

I am studying to get my pilots license and stumbled upon your tutor. I can't believe how much I learned in such a short time by just using the tutor. Now when I drive home from work I recite what I read just to cement the knowledge in. It really is amazing how fast you learn from your program.
